I am an IT consultant and have been working with TeleTech Communications for many years. They have installed voice over IP phone systems for several of my clients and their service is very reasonably priced. You will work directly with the owners from the design to the implementation of your new phone system.
The install technicians are extremely knowledgably and go above and beyond to make sure the installation goes flawlessly. The process to integrate the new phone system with the computer network is seamless and there is very little downtime. They offer excellent customer service and respond very quickly to support requests. I highly recommend TeleTech Communications!

Volo Museum has worked with Teletech for several years now. We have a highly complex phone system with changing needs. When it comes to customer service, they are among the best vendors we work with. The response time is always fast, and they help us with any issues as soon as they can. It is a pleasure to work with them, and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

What a day! On Tuesday morning, our phone system, which has been running flawlessly for over 15 years, suddenly died. We had no backup plan and no idea what to do next. After calling around, it seemed like no one wanted to take on the challenge. One company suggested I reach out to Tele Tech, and I’m glad I did. I spoke with Peter, who was just a short distance from my office and arrived within 15 minutes. He tried several solutions on-site, but when nothing worked, he offered to take the system back to their shop for further testing. Long story short, they brought it back the next morning, and just like that, we were back in business. I wish everyone worked like this!

Packaging by Design would highly recommend Teletech Communications. They were helpful in mapping out our 50,000 sq ft facility and were flexible in meeting our ever changing, tight installation schedule. We were provided with on demand video training, digital instructions, and live on-site training which was very helpful. They have 24/7 service available and have not made us feel like were are asking too much. Their response has always been prompt and professional. They have been able to customize the phone system to our needs and save us a substantial amount on a monthly basis over our old phone system. Thank you Teletech for making this part of our building project EASY!
